Candidates who seek registration with OMCAP should possess at least 2 years experience in the relevant post for which he desires to be considered and should hold a valid passport. The candidates without experience also will be registered. They will be provided with guidance and counseling in their relevant field of interest and if required necessary capacity building in them will be done by providing training. The registration will be valid for 2 years. After this it will have to be renewed.

DATA BANK : The Company will maintain a computerized Data Bank of registrants. Details of data stored can even be analyzed with reference to certain parameters and provided to marketing agencies on a cost basis for promoting their products to the registrants.

REGISTRATION FEE Rs. 750/- will be collected from the candidate at the time of registration.

RENEWAL FEE Rs.200/- will be collected from the candidates after expiry of 2 years. A grace period of 2 months is given for renewal. Renewal has to be done every 2 years.

Overseas Man power Company Andhra Pradesh Limited(OMCAP) will identify the vacancies, Matching Job aspirants with Vacancies, Arranging interviews, selection, Documentation and placement orders.

Placement fee Rupees 2,000 to 10,000/- will be collected.

Training will be provided in Employability skills, Language Proficieny, Spoken/Written English and Foreign languages.

Language proficiency Rs.500/- to Rs.1000/- will be charged.

Skill Development Rs. 1500/- to Rs.3000/- will be charged.

Overseas Man power Company Andhra Pradesh Limited(OMCAP) is having liaison with Embassies, Travel Operators, Passport Authorities. Passport, Visa, Air Ticketing Assistance will be provided.

Visa clearance Assistance fee Rupees 500/- will be collected.

Air Ticketing Assiatance fee Rs. 1000/- will be collected.

Medical Check up fee Rs. 200/- will be collected.

Insurance fee Rs.5000/- will be collected.
